  1. We offer two convenient payment options for our services: PayPal & Bank Transfer (UK Clients only).

  2. By purchasing a service, you are confirming you are over 18 years of age. By law I must state that these readings and all other services by Katie Yvonne offer are for entertainment purposes only. Please be aware that I am an intuitive tarot/Oracle reader; I am not a Medium, nor am I qualified to provide legal, financial or medical advice and you are requested to seek reliable advice from a trained professional in those circumstances.

  3. The time you reserve is for processing and scheduling your reading request, not for the actual reading session. If a cancellation is not made at least 12 hours in advance, a refund will not be issued.

  4. I reserve the right to limit readings to once per month per topic, and all readings shall be for one question only.

  5. Clients can reach out to us through various channels for inquiries. Whether it's through the contact form on our website, social media messaging, or email, we are here to assist you!

  6. ALL SERVICES will be performed within 3 days of the purchase. If you would like your services within the same day or within 6 Hours, please pay the SAME DAY Reading of $10 (must be booked before 5pm GMT Time, anything booked after will be added to the next day rota.

  8. If you would like your spell to have an extra boost, please pay for a Moon Enhancement of $20 - this is where we will cast your spell again on a full or new moon, whichever comes in first.

  9. Katie Yvonne will not be held responsible for any damages or losses arising from a card reading or spell purchase, nor for any delays, interruptions, or inaccuracies in the reading or spell purchase process.
    Additionally, she will not be held responsible for any damages or losses resulting from the use of any information provided during a Card Reading, Healing or spell purchase.

  10. Katie Yvonne Will not guarantee the success of any spell - My clients typically see results within 30 days, some take longer, and others see results in a few days. All cases and situations are unique and will vary in timelines, but they will manifest.
